Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Tajin seasoning
  • 6 oz. Michigan Apple juice or cider
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 3 oz. lime juice, freshly squeezed (from about 3 limes)
  • 1 oz. agave syrup, or simple syrup
  • 4 fresh jalapeño slices (or to taste)
  • Garnishes: Michigan Apple slices, jalapeño slices
Serving Size:
  • 2 Servings
Directions:
  1. Combine the sugar and Tajin seasoning on a small, shallow plate. Use the lime wedge to moisten the edge of each glass then dip in the seasoning mixture to create a decorative rim. Fill each glass with ice cubes and set aside.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice then add the apple juice, lime juice, agave syrup and jalapeño slices. Cover shake and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, or until condensation appears on the outside of the cocktail shaker. Strain into prepared glasses.
  3. Top each glass with two Michigan Apple slices, a jalapeño slice and a sprinkle of the seasoning mixture. Serve immediately.
