Michigan Apple Crunch Day: October 15
The Michigan Apple Crunch encourages healthy eating, promotes farm-to-school purchasing, and supports the Michigan Apple industry by inviting schools and more to collectively crunch a Michigan Apple on Crunch Day October 15, or any other day in October. Everyone is welcome to join in Michigan Apple Crunch Day, whether with a group or as an individual, so spread the word and invite others in your community to join in the celebration. Michigan Apple Virtual Farm Trip
Visit a Michigan Apple orchard with a local grower to learn how apples are grown. Students will hear about the planting of trees, popular apple varieties, and pollination. We are excited to share with students a small part of the Michigan Apple Industry with Virtual Farm Trips®.
