Apple & Peanut Butter Snacking Cake
It’s the perfect snack! Filling and sweet, try this easy and delicious apple peanut butter combo snack cake. Great for kids and adults!

Ambrosia, EverCrisp®, Gala, Honeycrisp, Jonagold, McIntosh
Ingredients:
- 4 rice cakes, plain
- 1 Michigan Apple, cut into rings
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup granola
- 1 tsp sea salt
Serving Size:
- Serves 2
Directions:
- Cut the apple into 4, ½ inch rings, punch out the center with a little hole punch to de-seed.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on each rice cake.
- Top peanut butter with an apple slice.
- Melt chocolate in microwave for 1 minute total, do this at 15 second intervals, stirring after each interval until completely melted.
- Spread melted chocolate to coat the top of each rice cake assembled with peanut butter and apple. Immediately, top with granola and sea salt and let the chocolate harden.
