Michigan Apple Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 Michigan Apple, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
Serving Size:

Makes 1 cup

Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Use as a sauce or marinade for veggies, tofu, chicken, steak, etc.
