Apple & Prosciutto Baked Brie Dinner Rolls

Recommended Apple Variety:
Features Michigan Apple Butter or Jam
Ingredients:
- 1 package crescent rolls
- 8 oz. prosciutto, sliced
- 1 wheel brie cheese
- ¼ cup Apple Butter (or Apple jam) using Michigan Apples
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp cream
Serving Size:
- Serves 4
Directions:
- Cut wheel of brie cheese into 8 wedges, set aside.
- Whisk egg and cream together, set aside.
- Open crescent rolls and lay them out on tray. Put 1 teaspoon of jam on large edge of each triangle, then spread jam to cover end of triangle. Place brie on top of jam, roll dough to seal brie inside. Once rolled, brush top with the egg wash.
- Bake at 375°F for 10-13 minutes.
- Serve warm.
