Apple Fondue
Apple Fondue is a rich and flavorful twist on a classic, blending creamy gruyère and cheddar with the sweetness of Michigan Apples. Infused with white wine and calvados, this indulgent appetizer is perfect for sharing, whether as a cozy starter or a show-stopping entrée.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup white wine
- ¼ cup calvados
- ½ lb. gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. cheddar, shredded
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Michigan Apple, small diced
- 1 crusty baguette
Serving Size:
- Serves 4
Directions:
- Bring wine and calvados to boil and reduce by half.
- Mix shredded cheeses together with cornstarch and add slowly into wine mixture, stirring frequently.
- Add diced apples, cook for 3-4 minutes on gentle simmer then serve with crusty bread.
