Cinnamon, Apple and Crecenza Pizza

This Cinnamon, Apple and Crecenza Pizza is a sweet-and-savory twist on flatbread, featuring tender apple slices, creamy cheese, and a warm cinnamon-sugar topping baked to golden perfection. Ideal for fall appetizers, brunch, or a light dessert.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 Michigan Apple, cored and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 8 oz crecenza cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Core and half apple and cut into ¼ inch slices.
  2. Layer them evenly over pizza crust.
  3. Break up crecenza cheese and spread all over apple slices.
  4. Top pizza with cinnamon and sugar and bake in 400°F oven for 10 minutes until pizza is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
