Cinnamon, Apple and Crecenza Pizza
This Cinnamon, Apple and Crecenza Pizza is a sweet-and-savory twist on flatbread, featuring tender apple slices, creamy cheese, and a warm cinnamon-sugar topping baked to golden perfection. Ideal for fall appetizers, brunch, or a light dessert.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pizza crust
- 1 Michigan Apple, cored and sliced
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 8 oz crecenza cheese
SERVING SIZE:

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Core and half apple and cut into ¼ inch slices.
- Layer them evenly over pizza crust.
- Break up crecenza cheese and spread all over apple slices.
- Top pizza with cinnamon and sugar and bake in 400°F oven for 10 minutes until pizza is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
