Ingredients:
- 1 Michigan Apple, chopped
- 6 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
Serving Size:
Makes 1 cup
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Use as a sauce or marinade for veggies, tofu, chicken, steak, etc.
