Use Michigan Apples to make your favorite apple pie, tart or crisp. Honeycrisp, Braeburn, Gala and many other Michigan varieties are perfect for desserts and sweet treats. Michigan Apples are great for baking, but their sweetness can also complement savory dishes. Apples pair well with pork, chicken and ham either as a glaze or side dish.
