Celebrate #NationalWaffleDay by topping your favorite waffles with warm cinnamon Michigan Apples! These are so simple to make and delicious:

Combine in a saucepan:
- One Michigan Apple, diced
- 1 TBS butter
- Few dashes of cinnamon
- Splash of lemon juice
