Mother's Day is just two days away! Make her morni Mother's Day is just two days away! Make her morning extra special with these Michigan apple roses: 

Ingredients:
- Two Michigan apples 
- Lemon juice
- One sheet of puff pastry
- Your mom’s favorite jam 
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Steps:
- Slice your apples into thin slices and add them to a bowl with water and lemon juice 
- Microwave for 4-5 minutes until the apples are very soft (they will be hot, be careful!)
- Roll out your puff pastry sheet and cut into 3 equal strips 
- Spread your jam
- Layer on the apple slices, slightly overlapping 
- Roll into a tight rose 
- Pop into a greased muffin tin 
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar 
- Enjoy!
