Ingredients:
  • 2 cups complete pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 12 brown-and-serve sausage links
  • 1 can (21 oz.) Michigan Apple pie filling

Directions:
  1. Prepare pancake mix with water according to package directions.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto lightly greased skillet or griddle heated to medium-high.
  3. Cook until bubbles form on top; turn and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until golden.
  4. Meanwhile prepare sausage according to package directions. Heat pie filling in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  5. To serve, place 1 sausage link in center of each pancake.
