Check out this delicious dip from Mom to Mom Nutrition that will have your kids dipping apple slices from fall to winter…and beyond!

There’s something about a dip and small children that makes eating fruit and veggies more appealing. Enticing. Enchanting. Whatever you want to call it. Kids love to dip. Whether it’s because they can make a big mess on their plate or that there’s some element of fun that comes along with the eating process, I find that my kids are more willing to try fruits, veggies, and new foods if I serve them alongside a dip. And my hope is that presented with a dip or not, he’ll be more likely to choose healthy foods throughout their lifetime.

When I place Michigan Apple slices and this apple pie dip on their plates, I know one thing is for sure: they are asking for more apples!
