John Zehnder, CEC, AAC, has been the executive chef of Zehnder's Restaurant in Frankenmuth since 1972. He oversees the operations which prepares 5,000 meals daily and 1 million dinners annually.
His distinctions include being a fellow in the American Academy of Chefs, a member of the honor society of the American Culinary Federation (the national organization of chefs, cooks and bakers), a member of the Honorable Order of the Golden Toques (Top 100 Chefs in America), and has written three cookbooks featuring heirloom recipes, most of which are over 100 years old.
