Frank Turner is the Executive Chef of Matt Prentice Catering. Frank has been with the Matt Prentice Restaurant Group for 14 years and has been charged with numerous executive chef positions within the Matt Prentice Group before becoming one of Matt's corporate chefs in 2003. He is currently on the board of directors for the Detroit Chapter of Slow Foods, U.S.A. and has been the chef for the Michigan Department of Agriculture's Select Michigan initiative for the last 6 years.

Frank continues his work with area homeless shelters, soup kitchens and is a past Chef Instructor for Share Our Strength Operation Frontline. As 2009 approaches, Frank is working on a new style food featuring local purveyors and "Wellness Cooking" for the Henry Ford Hospital in West Bloomfield with high hopes of developing the local distribution network.
