OMG I love McIntosh apples. Use them for everything apple, besides eating them right out of hand. Fall in Michigan would not be fall without apples. We lived in Texas for a time, & when ever anyone was coming to visit they couldn't show up without McIntosh apples. Just made two apple pies, had to be made with McIntosh..

Hi!I have been bringing closrue this year to 56 years of marital bliss.I am OK, but not quite alright just yet. So good to see your smiling face, looking good too. I am at a disadvantage since my ancestral home state is Kentucky. You are most efficient, professional.

I can't wait to try it. It sounds similar to a favorite apples salad recipe of ours.

I tried this recipe last night for a snack and a work work project. It barely had time to chill. My family had eaten it all and asked for more. I will be using more of your recipes. Thank you for all the wonderful ideas you come up with.
