As executive chef of the newly transformed Clarkston Café in Clarkston, Michigan, Aaron Cozadd has already executed his culinary vision and created a kitchen and concept from the ground up. With two dining rooms and two distinct menus, the Supper Club and Pizza Coco under his direction, his contributions are constant.

Despite his years, Chef Cozadd has amassed experience and education in a multitude of settings: from the high-rise approach of Coach Insignia to the comfort-food confines of the Clarkston Union. His training at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) exposed him to a wealth of ingredients and forever fueled his commitment to true locavore practices.
